These terms cover your use of comeinly.com while Comeinly is getting ready to open. The app itself will come with its own Terms of Service, which you'll see and accept before you create an account.

Using this site

You're welcome to browse this site, watch the videos and request early access. Please don't misuse it: no attempts to break or overload it, no automated sign-ups, and no submitting someone else's email address.

Early access

Asking for early access puts you on a list to hear when Comeinly opens. It doesn't create an account, commit you to anything, or commit us to a launch date.

Plans and pricing

The plans and prices on this site describe what we intend to offer at launch. Details can change before then. The terms in force when you sign up are the ones that apply to your account. The founding-realtor price works as described on the pricing section: the first 50 Pro accounts keep $29 a month for as long as they stay subscribed.

Examples and samples

The kiosk demo, dashboard and seller memo on this site use made-up sample data. Any resemblance to a real listing or person is a coincidence.

Our content

The Comeinly name, logo, text, images and videos on this site belong to us. Please don't copy them or use them in a way that suggests we endorse you without asking first.

No warranties

This site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be either. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for losses that come from using this site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
