How much does Comeinly cost?
The Free plan covers 2 open houses a month with every visitor included and no card. Pro is $29 a month with a 14-day free trial and adds unlimited open houses, phone sign-in by QR, the seller memo, and the ranked follow-up list with notes.
Do I need to download an app?
No. Comeinly runs in Safari and can be added to the iPad's home screen. On Pro, visitors can also scan a QR code with their phone's camera to sign in on their own phone.
What if the house has no Wi-Fi?
Comeinly keeps working. Sign-ins are saved on the iPad during the open house and sync to your dashboard when the iPad is back online.
Who owns the visitor list?
You do. Comeinly never sells or shares your visitors, and you can export the list anytime. Your seller sees only the memo's totals, never names, and small groups are combined so no visitor can be singled out.
What counts as an open house on Free?
Each listing and date you run is one open house. Free covers two a month with every visitor included. Pro is unlimited.
Can I cancel Pro?
Yes, anytime from Manage billing. Pro stays on until the end of the period you've paid for, and you can always export your visitors.
