This page covers comeinly.com, the site you are on now. Comeinly the app opens soon, and it will have its own privacy notice for realtors and their visitors before anyone signs in.
The short version
- We collect your email address only if you ask for early access.
- We use it to tell you when Comeinly opens. Nothing else.
- We never sell or share it.
- This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or ad trackers.
What we collect
Early-access requests. When you use the Get early access form, we receive the email address you type and the role you pick (agent, team lead, broker, lender or other). The form arrives in our inbox as an email.
Emails you send us. If you write to one of our addresses, we keep that conversation so we can answer it.
Standard web logs. Our host, Vercel, records basic request data such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested, to run and protect the site.
How we use it
To send you one email when Comeinly opens to realtors, to answer your questions, and to keep the site running and secure. We don't use your details for advertising and we don't build profiles.
Who else handles it
We use a few services to run this site. Each processes data only to provide its service to us:
- Vercel hosts the site and the early-access form.
- Resend delivers the early-access form to our inbox.
- Google Workspace hosts our email.
- Google Fonts serves the site's typefaces, so your browser connects to Google when the page loads.
We don't sell or share personal information, as those terms are defined under California law.
How long we keep it
We keep your early-access request until Comeinly opens and we've sent the launch email, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to take you off the early-access list. Email privacy@comeinly.com and we'll answer within 30 days. We won't treat you differently for asking.
Children
Comeinly is for real estate professionals. This site is not meant for children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this page, we'll update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use an email address you've already given us, we'll tell you before it takes effect.
